Sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for securing sales of new vehicles from proper follow up on sales enquiries for the sales department in achieving the departmental sales turnover target and profitability. 

  • Answering and recording of all sales enquiries. 
  • Maintain close follow-up on all enquiries.
  • Ensure proper record on prospects.
  • Conduct demonstration and test-drives as requested by customer. 
  • Closing if sales with adherence to the company set policy.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of selling aids (catalogs, specs sheet, etc) and sales related documents.
  • Obtain from customers all necessary documents for registration for their ordered vehicles. 
  • Check to ensure vehicle is in good functional and conditional status for delivery.
  • Deliver and handover of vehicle to customer.
  • Follow-up call to customer after deliver to customer. 
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N” level or NITEC and above.
  • Preferably at least 2 years experiences in automotive industry as Sales Consultant or related experience.
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license.

 

Leasing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsible in identifying and develop new business opportunities for new short term/long term commercial vehicle leasing for corporate customers.

  • Promote commercial vehicle leasing services and expand clientele base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with new or existing customers.
  • Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing strategies and activities.
  • To assist companies to implement transportation solutions tailored to fit customer needs. 
  • Prepare quotation and follow up closely with customers.
  • Liaise with various department and contractors on the delivery process for the vehicle. 
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N” level or NITEC and above.
  • Preferably at least 2 years experiences in automotive industry as Leasing Executive or related experience.
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license.

 

Service Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the dealing with customer requirements of automotive related repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction, and achieve the departmental sales turnover and profitability objectives.

  • Greet all customers at reception and agree on customer’s service and repair requirement including preparation of quotation, carry out road tests and physical inspections where necessary, complete repair orders and inform customers of charges, delivery times and method of payment.
  • Monitor progress in the workshop to ensure promised delivery times are met.
  • Notify and obtain customer approval for additional work required. 
  • Conduct final quality control inspection and ensure correction if necessary.
  • Finalise all repair orders and supporting documents for billing.
  • Present completed vehicle to customer personally, advising of next service or repair priorities and ensuring customer satisfaction on repair work carried out.
  • Present invoice for payment and provide explanation of charges and warranty/goodwill procedures where required.
  • Maintain customer history records and repair orders register if any, on a daily basic to ensure accurate analysis of service department activity. 
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N” level or NITEC and above.
  • Preferably at least 2 years experiences in automotive service industry as a Service Advisor or related experience.

 

Storekeeper

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the performance of effective inventory and issuing of workshop material and tooling to support the department sales turnover and profitability objectives.

  • Maintain accurate inventory control of general tooling, special tools and workshop expendables. 
  • Issue material as per job requirements. 
  • Organise the update, maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment.
  • Issue, record and maintain accurate inventory of lubricants to meet workshop demands.
  • Effective cost control on general tooling and workshop expendable purchasing.
  • Maintain high standard of workshop store housekeeping.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of special tool application.
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N” level or NITEC and above.
  • Preferably at least 2 years experiences.
